1. TREE and these Terms
TREE is a social service where people create profiles, join spaces called Homes, message each other, take part in live activities, play supported games, and share supported audio or video. Features can differ by device and release. TREE is currently operated by Ali Elhussein Ali, an individual based in Egypt. ‘TREE’, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to that service and operator; TREE is a brand name and is not described here as an incorporated company. These Terms include the Community Guidelines, Child Safety Standards, and Copyright Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. Who may use TREE
You may create an account only if registration is offered where you live and you meet the minimum age shown during sign-up. TREE’s minimum will never be lower than 13 and may be higher because of local law, the release being used, or a safety decision. If local law requires parental permission or another process TREE does not yet support, registration is not available through a false birthday or another workaround. Give an accurate date of birth and country when asked. TREE may limit public discovery or higher-risk features for younger members or while an age or country conflict is reviewed. A birthday or email declaration is not independent proof of identity or age. Do not use TREE where doing so would be unlawful, use another person’s account, or return through a replacement account to evade a restriction. Display names do not need to be legal names, but deceptive impersonation is prohibited.
3. Your account and security
Keep your password, sign-in links, MFA codes, and recovery codes private. Keep your recovery information current and use the security controls available to you. TREE will not ask for your password, MFA code, or recovery code in an ordinary support message. You are responsible for your own conduct and authorised use of your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly. We may ask for proportionate verification before changing protected information, disclosing account data, or deleting an account.
4. Homes, messages, and shared activities
Home owners and authorised Home moderators may manage their spaces using the controls TREE provides. They are not TREE staff. Home rules may be stricter than these Terms but cannot permit conduct TREE prohibits or override another person’s rights or applicable law. Choose your audience carefully: other participants may hear, see, record, or copy what you share. A private Home limits entry; it is not a promise that another participant cannot make a copy. Do not record or expose another person’s private communications or information without the permission and legal basis required. Watch can begin playing an uploaded file while later parts are still arriving. That speed is not a certificate that the file is lawful, safe, or permanently stored. Playback may be interrupted for technical, rights, or safety reasons. Keep your own lawful copy of anything important; TREE is not a personal archive.
5. Your content remains yours
You keep ownership of content you create. Share content only if you own the necessary rights, have permission, or may otherwise lawfully share it. Buying a copy, paying for a streaming subscription, giving credit, or sharing only with friends does not automatically give you the right to upload or broadcast it. When you submit content, you give TREE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, format, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate TREE for the audience you select, protect the service, review reports, provide support, and meet lawful obligations. Providers acting for TREE may perform those limited tasks on our behalf. This licence does not transfer ownership or grant a general licence to sell your content, advertise with it, or train a general-purpose AI model on it. It ends when the content is deleted, except for copies still being removed, limited records lawfully retained, and copies independently made by other people.
6. What is not allowed
The Community Guidelines apply in public and private Homes, profiles, messages, uploads, live media, and games. Do not exploit, groom, or sexualise a child; share child sexual abuse material; share pornography, explicit sexual content, or non-consensual intimate material; threaten, harass, stalk, expose private information, or promote hatred; share graphic shock content or encourage serious violence or self-harm; scam people, spread malware, steal accounts, or organise illegal activity; infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights; defeat security or access controls, disrupt TREE, or obtain unauthorised data; or manipulate moderation through knowingly false or coordinated abusive reports. An honest report that is not upheld is not, by itself, abuse. Lawful criticism, disagreement, and non-explicit discussion of identity, relationships, or health are not automatically violations; context and actual harm matter.
7. Reports, moderation, and appeals
Use Report on the specific person or item where it is available. Blocking or hiding something for yourself is different from TREE removing it for everyone. Report totals are signals, not votes or proof of guilt. Depending on the evidence, severity, risk, and relevant history, TREE may warn an account, remove content, end live activity, restrict a feature or Home, suspend an account, or terminate access. Serious risk may require a temporary restriction before review. We may preserve and disclose limited information where lawfully required or reasonably necessary to address a serious threat, security incident, or rights dispute. Where safe and legally permitted, the affected person receives the decision, a meaningful reason, and an available review route. An appeal may uphold or overturn a decision; it does not guarantee immediate restoration, access to another person’s private report, or review by a separate department. TREE is initially operated by one person. We prioritise urgent safety matters but do not promise 24/7 monitoring or an instant response. TREE is not an emergency service.
8. Copyright and other rights
The Copyright Policy explains how a rights holder or authorised representative can identify material, request review, and challenge a mistaken decision. A service-level report or appeal is not automatically a formal statutory notice or counter-notice. TREE may act against repeated or serious infringement when appropriate and will not treat allegation counts alone as conclusive proof.
9. Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains what information TREE collects, why it is used, who may receive it, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you. Device permissions and acceptance of these Terms are not blanket consent to every possible use of information. You may stop using TREE and request deletion at https://welcometotree.com/account-deletion. Signing out, uninstalling the app, or being suspended does not itself delete the account. Limited safety, security, legal, or dispute records may remain for a justified period.
10. No purchases in this release
This release does not offer JZR top-ups, paid subscriptions, purchases, sales, or payouts. These Terms do not create a payment obligation or promise that those features will launch. Any future paid feature needs separate, clear terms and the required store billing and consumer protections before money can be spent.
11. Service changes and availability
TREE can change, add, or remove features and may be interrupted by maintenance, network failure, safety controls, or software faults. We do not promise uninterrupted service, recovery of every file, or that every member will behave safely. Material policy changes will be identified by a new version, explained through appropriate notice, and presented for renewed agreement where required. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer, privacy, court-access, or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. No exclusive court, arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, or monetary liability cap is created by this version.
12. Contact
Contact tree.app.owner@gmail.com and use a clear subject such as ‘Support’, ‘Privacy’, ‘Safety’, ‘Child safety’, ‘Copyright’, or ‘Security’. Signed-in members should use the in-app report or appeal route first when it is available.
